The service
BuzzLaunches is operated by Krishna Sagar. By creating an account or submitting a product, you agree to these terms and the listing guidelines. The catalog helps people discover software. Listings are informational; we do not sell, support or guarantee the third-party products they describe.
Accounts
You must be an adult able to enter an agreement. Sign in using an email address or connected account you control. Keep access secure and take responsibility for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another maker, manipulate votes or create accounts to evade restrictions. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service.
Content
Your product and content remain yours. You confirm you have permission to submit the text, logo, screenshots and other information in a listing, and grant BuzzLaunches permission to store, format, display and share it as part of operating and promoting the catalog. Keep descriptions factual and current; do not submit private or unlawful information.
We may review, decline, request corrections to, archive or remove a listing. A preview is not a published listing, and a submission is not a promise of approval. Published descriptions are supplied by makers; inclusion is not an endorsement.
Links and badges
The current listing and badge options are described on Get listed and Badge rules. A backlink, a badge, or a listing does not guarantee search inclusion, a domain rating, rankings, traffic or sales. Sponsored placements are identified as paid promotion rather than independent recommendations.
Paid options
Any available paid option shows its price, duration and scope before purchase. Do not assume that a listing upgrade includes a separate advertisement or editorial service unless the offer explicitly says so. The applicable offer and checkout information govern what is purchased. Payment does not guarantee approval or commercial results. Where checkout is unavailable, an informational price is not a completed order or reservation.
Contact hello@buzzlaunches.com for billing questions, incorrect charges or a request relating to a paid service. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
Homepage ads
Advertisements are paid placements, not catalog rankings or endorsements. The listing or booking page describes their duration and availability. We may reject or remove advertising that is unlawful, misleading, spam, or inconsistent with the guidelines. Do not submit an ad for a product you are not authorized to promote.
We send requested sign-in links and messages needed to operate your account or listings. You can manage available optional communication choices from your account. Disabling optional updates does not stop sign-in links you request or necessary security communications. We are not offering a newsletter promotion service.
Reasonable use and liability
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent metrics, or use the catalog for spam or unlawful activity. Public read APIs are for reasonable catalog access, with the limits described in the API documentation. Do not use them to publish a product on someone else’s behalf.
The service is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. External websites are controlled by their operators. Use your judgment before buying software or sharing information with a third party; a product description or vote count is not a security or suitability guarantee.

We may update the service and these terms as BuzzLaunches develops and will update this page’s date.
